My background is diverse, for example:

  • Program and policy development for government departments and not-for-profit organisations

  • Advocacy and training for youth transitioning from foster care into independence.

Guided by my own core values of respect, compassion, integrity, authenticity and freedom, my commitment is to support people and communities to enhance their well-being and resilience in a way that best suits their different needs.

My experience overcoming my own limiting beliefs and life challenges has led me to a space of support and guidance for others. I'm ready to help you using my wide scope of knowledge and skills, my authenticity, and a healthy dose of humour.
